It was just a server restart this week, (and likely that's all it'll be until April 7).

To be fair, they said "no patch notes" rather than "no patch". One thing I did notice was that they have corrected the server time, not that that needed a patch. It was previously a couple of minutes slow.
It caught me out this morning. I logged in at 7.46am Real Earth Time expecting to be a minute before the herald zerg only to find it already underway. But it's OK, I'll probably manage to adjust....
they patch things, they change things..sometimes they state otherwise for laziness
look at preview, half of the changes are not in patch note every single times.

The previous patch (from NW.35.20150203a.5 to NW.35.20150203a.7) didn't get any notes either. No substantive changes, presumably.
CTA event started and new sales in the Zen store. And did you actually get a 120mb patch, or was it just 120mb of data that got updated?
